INITIAL DEPOSIT

 I must be in receipt of the initial deposit payment before your booking is finalised, I do not hold dates without this payment.

CANCELLATION CHARGES

Should you have to cancel your booking the following charges will apply:

In the event of a cancelled booking 24 weeks or more prior to the event, no booking fees will be returned. In the event of a cancellation within 12-24 weeks prior to the event, no booking fees will be returned and an additional 25% of the total balance will become payable due to loss of business. In the event of a cancellation within 12 weeks of the event date. No booking fee will be returned and 100% of the remaining balance will become payable. We would require confirmation of a cancelled booking in writing. Any unpaid charges will be passed to a collection agency after 30 days.

All special orders or samples must be paid for in full and up front, they are non-cancellable and non-refundable. If we must cancel a booking we will do so in writing or by email, returning any monies paid.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION

  • Please be advised that some sweets/ favors may contain or have Traces of Nuts or Nut Oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing Nuts.

  • Gemma White Weddings And Events cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting in any food allergies.

  • Customers should also ensure that young children are supervised at all times to avoid the risk of suffocation or choking from sweets, plastic sweet wrappers or bags

  • Gemma White Weddings And Events cannot be held responsible for the safety issues, which occur from the use of any of my equipment or consumption of my confectionary at your event.

  • Please note that it is the client’s responsibility to ensure there is access for the Candy Cart at your venue.
